Shipping policy

Please note that we don't carry stock of all items available on our website, so some items may ship separately. You will receive shipping notifications that will detail what items are in each respective parcel, along with tracking information.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, extreme weather, or high order volumes. Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or statutory holidays. Rural deliveries may take longer than the typical delivery times.

GENERAL INFORMATION

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you via email as soon as possible. QRP Performance is not responsible for any delays in delivery.

Delivery charges will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout. These charges are in addition to the price of the goods purchased.

It is your responsibility to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing inaccurate or incomplete information. Please double-check your address at checkout.

All items shipped by us are in new and undamaged condition, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. While the item was likely damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the courier company. Please retain all packaging materials in case a claim needs to be filed.
